Hello members and students. Dont know how much you students use this thing, but lets see! Let us try to build up the school and make you guys better on the off nights too. I will take class requests, suggestions, and questions. (be calm Andrew, 1 per week only for you!) This will give us a running study guide, and allow me to give you guys more of what you need to better your own personal game.
You guys can train smarter as a team with more info to work on what you each need, aor how…

DISCOVER THE SECRETS OF AN ANCIENT MARTIAL ARTS THAT DOMINATED SOUTH EAST ASIA!! THIS IS A RARE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN AND DISCOVER YOURSELF THE SECRETS OF KHMER BORAN NEAK TA PRADAL SEREY!!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Neak Ta Pradal Serey is the first traditional khmer boran martial arts school in Canada that specializes in the art of Pradal Serey, which translates to "free fight." Pradal Serey is a style of Kickboxing practiced in Cambodia that predates the more commonly known style of Muay Thai.
The head teacher, Sam Lok, was born in Serey Sophon Cambodia and after fleeing the killing fields he ended up in Canada. He is very well versed in the martial art and brings a wealth of knowledge, technique, spirituality and history. He was taught in the 80's by grandmasters Kru Veasna Choom, Kru Chay Cheas, and Kru Nimith Nhean who took him in and taught him privately an older version of Pradal Serey called Neak Ta Pradal Serey. They taught him traditional khmer fighting art with kicks, knees, elbows, clinche grappling, and wrestling which was banned by the French when they colonized Cambodia.
He is recognized by other khmer martial arts schools in Cambodia, US, Canada, France, and Australia as the only teacher in Canada and US that offers authentic khmer boran style fighting with grappling and wrestling. He's been asked to travel to other cities to teach to preserve the dying art form.
Grand Master Oumry Ban of Long Beach who owned a Pradal Serey club since the early 80's recognizes Sam Lok as the only school that teaches authentic Khmer Boran Style of Fighting. That's a big comment considering Grand Master Oumry Ban is known world wide and has built Pradal Serey from the bottom up in the USA, with students opening schools all over the USA.
We are a well rounded martial arts school, with the necessary tools to prepare you for competition in kickboxing, MMA, or just to get in shape! All you need is heart and determination!
Coaches:
Khmer Boran Pradal Serey:
Sam Lok offers rare moves in traditional Khmer Boran Pradal Serey, that not many people know of. Members at the club who have over 5 to 9 years of Muay Thai are amazed at the knowledge that he teaches. Try it out and be the judge.

Boxing Coach: Bill DesLauriers has over 35 years as a boxing coach, building fighters for international and Olympic fights. His knowledge and skills with the hands will bring any fighter to another level.
